I received this item and experienced a couple of issues initially. I worked with the seller,HKXSC and after trying a couple of things they sent me new heating panels and everything worked great. They were very responsive and kept working with me until my issue was resolved. I am very happy with my sauna. I was afraid I might feel claustrophobic while using it, but that is not the case. There is enough room and I can see out, so can easily relax.
I have had it for over 3 months now and I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone. This thing is built to last you just have to do the maintenance and make sure you clean and rinse out all the parts.
We've been using the sauna now for just about a month and so far it's been everything as advertised. Assembly was very straightforward. Once assembled its turn on heat up and go. Does take about 20 min to heat up but also has a nice built in feature that when the timer runs out it completely shuts off everything including the heating. Been great so far and look forward to using daily especially in the colder months.
Having Scandinavian blood and a history of countless hours spent in traditional Finnish saunas, I was skeptical of an infrared sauna. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. This HKXSC sauna gets up to 60 degrees Celsius (149 Fahrenheit) and gives you a good sweat. An added bonus is the Bluetooth speakers which allow me to listen to my favorite Finnish radio stations...almost as nice as being in my cottage in Finland. Assembly took about 30 minutes, I highly recommend having a second person around to help. At least to unload and carry the pieces in from the curbside delivery (the sauna comes on a pallet in three boxes, the walls box is quite heavy!). A sauna is a great way to unwind before bed, followed by a quick shower. Very happy with my purchase ??

Do I need to preheat my infrared sauna?
