This was our Christmas gift to ourselves. Arrived really quick. Well packaged in three cartons on a rectangular pallet. We converted a spare bedroom into an exercise/workout area. Assembled on Christmas Day. Firm fitting pieces. My wife and I have used it together every morning since. Just the right size for two. My wife says her skin is smoother and softer. I've lost 10 lbs. (?!). I guess the other positive reviews were right.
The 2 person outdoor sauna is a great size for 1 person with a bit of room to stretch. The wood quality seems good. The temperature fluctuates from 150 to 144 with 100% intensity button. It would be nice to have a button to keep the temperature constant. But it does the job for sure. Make sure to get that backrest as it’s totally worth it! Richard is very responsive and very helpful so the support on the other side after the sale is why 5 stars.
I received this item and experienced a couple of issues initially. I worked with the seller,HKXSC and after trying a couple of things they sent me new heating panels and everything worked great. They were very responsive and kept working with me until my issue was resolved. I am very happy with my sauna. I was afraid I might feel claustrophobic while using it, but that is not the case. There is enough room and I can see out, so can easily relax.
Works well, easy to assembly for 2 people. Just need a ladder and screwdriver. I think it is of pretty good value. I'd like to know though, if I can varnish the outside of it, to help keep it waterproof and for it to not to look unfinished.
I purchased the HKXSCoutdoor infrared sauna because I didn’t have the room inside for an indoor model. I was amazed at the speed of the delivery. I placed the order on December 4th and the sauna was delivered on December 10th. The sauna arrived in three boxes which with two people were easy to move around. I needed to make a sub-floor for the sauna because of the angle of my porch concrete slab. Took about two hours total to put together by myself. Before I could use the sauna, I needed to run to Lowes and purchase a heavy-duty 6 foot extension cord to reach my outside outlet. When I connected the power, I paired my iPhone to the speakers and they sounded perfect. I had my first sauna session and was completely satisfied with the purchase.
Once you remove the 7 sections from the shipping containers assembly is a breeze with two people. Spend a little more time leveling the floor before you start adding the walls. The front section with the glass doors is the heaviest section. The outer top, while not that heavy, is a little cumbersome to manuever but with a little shifting it falls into place. The digital temperature display is in Celsius not Fahrenheit which at first requires a little mental gymnastics. I found it took my unit at least a half an hour to get to 52 degrees Celsius. That is about my starting point. After another 45 minutes the temp got up to 62 degrees Celsius - not the advertised 65 degrees but probably close enough. The temp outside was only 52 degrees Fahrenheit so not sure how well this will do when it gets really cold outside - time will tell. Customer service has been top. Notch and provided me with additional data and speaker Bluetooth connection instructions which weren't included with the packed assembly instructions. Overall I'm very happy with my new sauna and the company that it came from.
The sauna comes delivered in 3 boxes. My husband and I were easily able to move each piece to our backyard and lay everything out prior to assembly. Putting it together took us less than an hour, as it was not complicated (tongue and groove alignment). Even getting the roof on was not that much of a challenge, which considering my size (4'11", 90lbs) is an indicator that this is not that heavy or awkward and can be done with two able bodied people. The build quality is great and the only small issue we had was that initially the Bluetooth speakers would not connect, as in we could not figure how to locate them. However, we switched from an Android phone to Iphone, found it and suddenly it was working. The lights can be set to cycle through all of the colors or to stay one one of the selected. There is also the option of running the interior light with the colored lights or solo. As for the temperature, it definitely takes longer than 10 minutes to get up to a hot temperature but I find that within 15 minutes it is near 35ºC and within 30 minutes it is over 50ºC. I have had been able to get it up to 60-64º with air temps in the high single digits (2-4º Celsius, or 35-40ºF. It stays on for a total duration of 60 minutes and then if you want longer you can add more time/reset. It does not cool down that quickly, which is nice because sometimes my husband and I cannot coordinate schedules perfectly, he will use it, then do a cold plunge and I will come out after he has turned it off to do the same and it is still warm. I chose to purchase the backrests, as well as the padded cushions for the benches - I recommend this if you have a bony frame and not a lot of padding to protect you from hard surfaces. One thing to note, this is marketed as a 4 person sauna but it really only fits 4 people if you sit upright, knees bent, feet flat on the floor facing forward. If you want any amount of relaxing, keep it to two people. For reference, my husband if 5'10" and I am 4'11" and if we each take a side, we are comfortable. Only add people if you are really not bothered by sitting right next to someone. We set it up on November 4th and have been using it almost every day, either before or after a cold plunge. This is my first time using an Infrared sauna, my only prior experience with a sauna was in a traditional sauna in Iceland. Infrared does not get as hot in terms of absolute temperature but it does have the same effects for me. I don't mind heat and it takes me a while to start sweating, which was my same experience in a traditional sauna. My husband sweats easily, and he will be sweating within 15-20 minutes in there. I live in New Hampshire where winter temperatures will get below freezing (as in 0º/32ºF) for most nights and many days, so I am excited to see how this fares over the course of the winter. So far we have had some nights below 20ºF and it warms up within 25 minutes. Highly recommend!
This was very easy for my husband and myself to assemble in an afternoon. It heats up quickly, the speaker are good as well as the lighting. We are having a dedicated electric outlet and line run for it as it pulls a lot of power and we don’t want to trip breakers. It also looks great in the small courtyard outside of our master bathroom. We have not used it a lot yet, but so far we are very happy with this sauna.
The sauna arrived ahead of schedule with only a small blemish from shipper. Assembled in just over an hour with help to put the roof on. Been using for about two weeks and noticed a nice drop in blood pressure for myself and my wife, back to normal, healthy range. While fairly small, it does tuck in nicely outside the house and is plug and play. We really like the bluetooth speaker system. Nice purchase!
Fits together perfectly and required no tools. Too early to really tell about pain relief and I did not see a remote control. I had a friend over to dinner to help me assemble this. We thought we would read the directions, have dinner and then spend the evening. He had it assembled before I finished chopping the veggies!
Great purchase for price very easy an quickly to assemble fits two average size people comfortably at 55 Celsius you sweat like your in the shower I’ve had this for two weeks and use 5 time a week an I feel so much better an sleep better at night

Absolutely fantastic, love it works great. Set the temp set the blu-tooth music everything was flawless. The set up took about an hour only because I did alone and took my time. Every part fit prefect.
I like everything about it. Easy to put together. Very high quality materials. It is very easy to use, everything worked perfectly. I'm not very handy but mostly put together myself with a small amount of help from my wife.

I received the sauna a little late but only a few days. It was in perfect shape. Well packaged on a solid pallet. It was very easy to assemble. And will be easy to relocate if need be. My wife, teenage sons and myself have used it everyday/night. I only wish I had purchased one years ago. After alot of research I decided on a infrared unit and after investigating those... The HKXSC was the best option for me. And this unit is perfect for my corner location. The seller was very personable and was a pleasure to work with.
We’re so glad we finally have our “sauna ”. It was delivered to our garage. We unboxed it there and hand-carried all parts to the basement. Assembly was very smooth with two people (about two hours). Works like a dream. My only neutral remark is that it takes a while to heat up. Other than that we are very happy with this purchase.
Delivered on a pallet, right onto our walkway, nice. Takes two competent people to put it together and a soft mallet was helpful to ease the parts together, but most of it was already assembled. Took about 1/2 hours. I love the heat, and that one of the panels is down by the legs, under the bench. It gets to about 137 degrees in 25 minutes, so I turn it on before I work out, and then it’s ready to go when I’m done. I’ve had chronic issues in one shoulder and part of my back and this is helping a lot. Plus it just helps me de-stress. You do get a good sweat going, no need for steam! It looks beautiful too, and I’m picky about aesthetics.
We are very pleased with this purchase. The sauna is very well made and works wonderfully. We didn't have any issues putting it together but I think it could be a challenge for someone who is not used to assembling furniture and the like. The delivery was earlier then expected and the packaging was first rate.
Tried the sauna today and putting it together was super easy! It feels so comfortable to sit in and adjust to any temperature you want. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants their own at-home sauna!

Great Purchase, arrived on time Real Easy to put together I put it together in less than 30 minutes. works great I have use it daily since I have had it! Fits in the corner of my workout room perfectly, The Bluetooth is another cool option excellent for listening to music, podcasts etc…. Definitely recommend.
I have had it for over 3 months now and I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone. This thing is built to last you just have to do the maintenance and make sure you clean and rinse out all the parts.
