DELIVERY REFUSAL & DAMAGE PROTOCOLS

Visible Damage at Delivery

Do NOT accept damaged items
Photograph:
- All exterior box damage (include shipping labels)
- Internal component damage (if accessible)
Immediately email evidence to service@hkxsc-sauna.com

Concealed Damage Discovery

Retain all packaging materials for 7 days post-installation
Document with timestamped photos showing:
- Damage context (entire box + close-ups)
- Affected components in installed position
Submit claim within 7 days of delivery

Return Shipping Fees Apply If:

Recipient unavailable at scheduled delivery
Incorrect/missing address provided
Unauthorized address changes

CRITICAL REMINDERS

Inspection window: 7 days from delivery acceptance
Claims exceeding timeframe become customer responsibility
Replacement parts/shipping fees apply for late reports
