Free shipping is available for all products on the HKXSC official website.

U.S. DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental United States.
Overseas territories are excluded. Delivery to the following states is NOT supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.
Please note: we currently DO NOT drop ship to PO Boxes.
U.S. WAREHOUSE
*All shipments are directly from our warehouse.
Shipped from 1 of 4 state warehouses (California, New Jersey, Georgia, Texas). Our system will automatically choose the available and closest warehouse, and fastest standard/ground service available. The orders are sent via a wide variety of carriers, and prior to shipping an order, we cannot guarantee which shipping service or warehouse will be used.
REQUIRED ACTIONS
We will need your phone number for the delivery. The freight carrier will call you to set up a delivery time. Please make sure the number provided during checkout is the best one to reach you at, the Logistics will deliver the goods directly to your home. If paying by PayPal, please make sure the shipping address is correct.
REFUSE DELIVERY
You have the right to refuse a shipment upon arrival should you notice visible damage caused during transportation. You must take pictures for evidence and contact us at service@hkxsc-sauna.com, we will replace your sauna with a brand-new one for free. Note: If our shipping carrier attempts delivery, and the package is returned to our warehouse due to the customer not being present at the time of delivery, providing the wrong address, or changing their address without informing us, then it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping fee to re-ship the order. We therefore recommend that you keep an eye on the logistics of your order once you have received your tracking number.
CONCEALED DAMAGE
If you notice obvious damage during transportation, we recommend that you sign for undamaged boxes and reject damaged boxes. You must take pictures for evidence and contact us at service@hkxsc-sauna.com , We will replace the damaged part or replace it with a brand new sauna at no cost to you.
- Take pictures of the box with a clear LABEL on it.
- Take pictures that include the ENTIRE box and show the DAMAGE OF THE BOX.
- Additionally, please open the broken box and photograph the damaged part, specifying the exact location of the damage.
To make sure there is no damage to the wood and glass of ALL boxes, please also take them apart and check to make sure.
Note: Please keep the packaging box for at least a week after installation in case you want to return it for any possible reason but don't have the packaging material.
ATTENTION: Shipping damage must be noted at the time of delivery and signature request. HKXSC must be notified of any damage to your sauna within one week of signing for and receiving your shipment. Failure to notify HKXSC within the established time frame will result in the owner taking full responsibility for the cost of ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS, including shipping and handling fees.
