I am extremely happy with my purchase of this sauna. First of all, the sauna is absolutely beautiful and appealing to the eye. Second, have the features of an infrared and traditional sauna in one is something you just don’t find anywhere else. The sauna experience itself is extremely enjoyable and not like the uncomfortable feeling of many other saunas. The set up and installation took no time at all and the company answered the questions I had about set up. I can’t recommend enough.

I ordered this sauna for my wife as a gift. The freight shipping was not bad regular wait. We were so excited. It arrived in a single pallet of several boxes with some gifts and extras, thank you! Assembly was quite simple and their videos were straight forward. Their support team responds within 24hr every time i had a question! I had the misfortune of having my glass door break the next day after i assembled it. Their team was very prompt and professional about getting me a replacement. Their service is amazing! Their product is wonderful. Im delighted to enjoy some sauna time with my wife. Even our kids join us occasionally for a few minutes and everything has been working wonderfully. I have owned this sauna for a couple of weeks now and have only used it twice, but I absolutely love it. For the price, design and shipping speed, this was a great call. I was a bit hesitant at first and was looking to go with a more known brand like Almost Heaven or Sunray, but the support team here was able to answer and address all of my questions/concerns. I was able to get it up to 185(f) and pouring a bit of water on the stones I was leaving drenched. Install was very straightforward as well. I hope that with proper care the quality will hold up. Definitely happy with the purchase.

The sauna is great! Easy to assemble we had it together in 25 minutes. I use it 3-4 times a week and it is as promised. Deliver was a bit of a problem the door was damaged during delivery. This company communicated well and sent a replacement door. I would buy this product again! Very happy

We have had our 3-Person Indoor Negative-Ion Steam Sauna | Air Purification & Mid-Infrared Therapy | HKXSC 703ST for several months now. The sauna is used daily. Some days more than once as my entire family loves the sauna and its health benefits. My son says a sauna is not a luxury but a health necessity. :) The sauna gets very hot and steamy. Well constructed. We love the red light and Bluetooth speaker, too.

We bought a large and medium backrest and they work great good quality fits the arch of your back put a towel over to absorb the sweat and you are off to the races

It doesn't feel stuffy. I will comment again after a while.

Received the sauna kit all items were accounted for and it was quite easy to assemble quality of the material was very good. The two person sauna is fine for one person. The heating system is excellent and provides enough heat in 30 minutes for a relaxing sauna, I highly recommend this product

We have sauna for 3 weeks , really enjoying it. Had a slight problem with installation, service was very helpful.
One thing, to put 3 people sauna together need a two people.

This sauna is a game-changer for my self-care routine. The steam is soothing, and the negative ions create a refreshing atmosphere. It’s compact and doesn’t take up much space, which is a plus. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it takes a bit longer to heat up than I’d like. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic product.
