Installation & Assembly
Do I need professional installation?
No, the sauna comes in modular panels with simple buckle connections. No professional skills or special tools are needed; 1–2 people can finish assembly at home easily. Assembly typically takes 1–2 hours for most models, depending on experience and preparation.
How can I ensure proper ventilation and heat dissipation in a sauna?
Keep at least 2–4 inches of clearance around all sides of the sauna, especially the back and sides, for proper ventilation and heat dissipation. Avoid enclosed or airtight spaces, and do not block the heater or control box. A dry, well-ventilated area helps prevent moisture buildup, maintain stable performance, and extend the sauna’s lifespan.
Can an indoor sauna be installed in a garage, basement, or shed?
Can the sauna be installed on carpet, concrete, or wood flooring?
The sauna must be installed on most flat, level, and sturdy surfaces — uneven flooring may cause the door not to seal properly. We do not recommend carpet, as moisture can easily build up and damage the sauna base. Concrete and wood flooring are both suitable.
Can I move or reinstall the sauna later?
Yes, the sauna features a reusable modular panel design that can be safely disassembled, moved, and reinstalled as needed — making it easy to relocate or rearrange your space without damage.
Do I need to seal or treat the wood before use?
No, the wood components come pre-treated and finished, so no additional sealing, staining, or oiling is required before first use. It is ready to assemble and enjoy right out of the box.

Can the sauna be used with a voltage converter?
We do not recommend using a voltage converter, as it may cause unstable power supply, insufficient heating, overheating, or permanent damage to the heater and control system.Any damage caused by improper converters will not be covered under warranty.
Can the sauna share a circuit with other appliances?
No, it must be connected to a dedicated circuit to avoid overload, tripping, or insufficient heating.
Usage & Temperature
How hot can the sauna get?
The sauna operates within a temperature range of 35–110°C (95–230°F). The labeled maximum temperature is a theoretical value under ideal conditions; actual temperature may vary based on ambient environment, voltage, insulation, and usage.
Heating times:
- Warm season:
180°F: approx. 25 min
230°F: approx. 40 min - Winter season:
180°F: approx. 35 min
230°F: approx. 50 min
Why is my sauna not reaching the expected temperature?
Common reasons include low ambient temperature, unstable voltage, heat loss from door or panel gaps, frequent door opening, improper thermometer placement, insufficient clearance around the sauna, or poor room ventilation.
These are all normal influencing factors and not indicative of a product defect. Most temperature issues can be easily improved by adjusting usage habits or improving sealing. If you need further assistance, we are happy to help troubleshoot and provide a solution to ensure your sauna performs as expected.
What is the ideal temperature for a comfortable sauna experience?
Most users find 140–194°F (60–90°C) to be the most comfortable range for a sauna session, with a recommended duration of 25-40 minutes per use. Actual preferred temperature and time can vary based on personal tolerance, health condition, and comfort level.
Where should I measure temperature?
Temperature can vary significantly in different areas of the sauna. For the most accurate reflection of heater performance, we recommend measuring near the heater outlet. Measuring at seat height may show a lower reading, which is normal and does not mean the heater is not working properly. If you have any concerns about the temperature reading, feel free to contact us and we will help you verify and adjust accordingly.
Is it normal for the temperature to fluctuate during use?
Yes, slight temperature fluctuations are completely normal. Frequent door openings can also cause noticeable temperature changes. Our sauna is equipped with a built-in temperature protection system: it will stop heating once the target temperature is reached, and automatically resume heating when the temperature drops, maintaining a stable and safe environment.
Can the sauna be controlled via a mobile app or remote control?

Heater & Performance
Is the heater working properly if temperature is low?
The heater is still working properly. Low temperature readings do not affect normal use. Our heater has passed strict professional testing and meets reliable performance standards. Actual heating speed and peak temperature are often affected by ambient environment, insulation, and usage habits, rather than the heater itself.
Can I add more stones to the heater?
We recommend using only the stones included or specified for your heater. Do not overfill the heater or cover the top air outlet, as too many stones will block proper airflow, reduce heating efficiency, and may affect the service life of the heater.
What should I do if the heater stops working suddenly?
First check if the power supply, circuit breaker, and wiring are normal. If the problem continues, contact us for support.
Does the heater require regular replacement?
Under normal usage and proper maintenance, the heater is built for long-term durability and does not require regular replacement. It only needs to be inspected or replaced if obvious damage, malfunction, or performance failure occurs.
Can the heater run continuously for a long time?
The heater is designed for safe home use. We recommend turning it off when the sauna is not in use to avoid unnecessary continuous operation, which helps prevent overheating and extend its service life.
Care & Maintenance & Warranty
How to clean the interior?
Always allow the heater to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe the surface with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or excessive water, as these may damage the heater and its components.
How to prolong the life of the sauna?
Keep the sauna room dry and well-ventilated, and avoid placing it in long-term high-humidity environments to prevent component aging. Also inspect power connections and wiring regularly to ensure safe and stable operation.
What if wood smells or discolors?
It is completely normal for the wood to produce a slight natural wood scent and experience mild discoloration when exposed to heat. These are natural characteristics of solid wood and do not indicate any quality defects, nor will they affect the safe use of the sauna. To keep your sauna in good condition, regular maintenance is recommended. You can refer to our official maintenance guide and perform proper care at recommended intervals.
