Returns & Refunds Policy

If you change your mind for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the item remains undamaged, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for returns due to personal preference or other non-product-related reasons are the customer's responsibility.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Customers may cancel an order within 3 days of purchase, provided it has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the order can no longer be canceled. Any return or refused delivery will be subject to our standard return policy, and applicable return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Eligibility: We only accept returns of undamaged items purchased directly through hkxsc-sauna.com. Returns from other retailers must be processed through the original store.

Timeframe: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Costs: Customers bear return shipping costs for non-warranty-related returns.

Defective/Damaged Items: Contact us immediately if your product is defective or arrives damaged. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, an exchange, or a refund.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to opened, installed, or used but are still in resaleable condition, products to cover handling and processing costs.

Approved Returns: Qualifying returns will result in an exchange or full reimbursement of the product price.

Quality Assurance

While we rigorously inspect products, occasional issues may occur. If you receive a defective item or incorrect order, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping costs).

Please contact us to arrange LTL return shipping and obtain the required BOL and pallet labels. Return shipping costs vary based on the delivery region, sauna size, and carrier rates. The estimates below are provided for reference only.
