Preparing The Sauna For First Use
Your sauna has been manufactured and stored in packaging materials (e.g., Styrofoam) for over a month, which may cause initial odors. Follow these steps:
- After assembly, vacuum any residual dust or Styrofoam debris.
- Clean the glass with a glass cleaner. Avoid spraying directly onto the glass, apply the cleaner to a cloth first.
- Please wipe all wooden surfaces with a damp microfiber towel to remove dust.
- Wash and dry the sauna stones (included in the accessory box) before first use to eliminate mineral powder and dirt.
- The main rule in placing sauna stones is to take care that they do not obstruct the circulation of air through the furnace in order to produce a moderate amount of heat and steam. Do not force a stone that is too large to be placed in the center of the heater, as this will block air circulation and cause overheating, and will most likely damage the heater.
- Please heat the sauna and open the glass door completely after one hour of steam heating to better remove odors and moisture from the sauna.
- The sauna is now ready for use, leave the door open for 2-3 days after initial use to dissipate any remaining odors.
How To Use The Sauna
- Before entering the sauna, please take a shower to wet your skin. You can bring a glass of water with you and drink some water in moderation when you feel that your lips are dry.
- Avoid sauna sessions immediately before or after meals.
- Please do not bring jewelry into the sauna. When entering the sauna, please have a towel available to wipe off excessive perspiration.
- The duration of the sauna should not be too long, about 15 minutes is the most suitable. If the temperature is too high, it will be difficult to breathe, please control the appropriate temperature by yourself, if you feel unwell, please end the sauna immediately.
- After the sauna, do not come out immediately, wait for the heat to dissi-pate after the body to adapt to the temperature outside the sauna room and then come out, to avoid the physical discomfort caused by the rapid alternation of heat and cold.
- Avoid cold drinks, heavy meals, or bathing for 2-4 hours post-sauna to maximize detoxification benefits.
- Moisturize or massage after use, as open pores enhance skincare absorption.
Sauna Maintenance
- Cover benches with two layers of towels for hygiene. Place a small towel under your feet to absorb sweat.
- Replace sauna stones every 500 hours (or every 2 years). Remove broken stones promptly.
- After each session, ventilate the sauna, wipe glass and seats with a damp cloth, and clean the drip tray.
- After each sauna session, please open the door to allow air to circulate in the sauna, use a damp towel to wipe water stains on the glass and seats, and clean the drip tray.
Tips:
Since the internal timber surfaces of the sauna are unfinished, you can safely use fine grit sandpaper to remove any unwanted marks. NB: Sand in the direction of the timber grain.

- Negative ions can improve endocrine function through blood circulation, such as improving gonad function and improving thyroid function.
- Negative ions play a sedative and analgesic role. It can reduce vascular tension in the blood.
- The effects of negative ions on the physiological functions of the human body are manifold. For the respiratory system, negative ions enter the lungs and improve the ventilation function of the lungs. It increases oxygen inhalation and carbon dioxide excretion, resulting in even breathing and fewer breaths.
