It takes 2-3 business days to process your order once we receive it. Depending on the shipping address, we will ship from a warehouse near you in California, New Jersey, Georgia and Texas. Estimated delivery time is 5-14 business days (pre-order products are subject to product page).

HKXSC always puts the quality and safety of our products in the first place, and we solemnly declare that we will be responsible for your sauna for life.

HKXSC saunas are designed for easy assembly, taking just 20 minutes for 1-2 people. For added convenience, we now offer professional in-home installation in Southern California and are actively working to expand our service area.

Wood Maintenance:
1、Try to put HKXSC sauna room in a ventilated and dry place, keep the distance between the bottom and the ground.

2、Just clean the sauna floor and seat with a towel after each use of the sauna room.

3、Paint or wood wax the outside of the sauna room every 3-6 months.

All these will prolong the service life of the sauna room as much as possible!

What can you do with the sauna?
1、You can choose the varnish according to your favorite color and apply it on the external wall of the sauna room.

2、Without affecting the normal use and safety of the sauna room, you can choose your favorite interior decoration inside the sauna room.
