3-Year Comprehensive Warranty

Should your sauna experience malfunctions, we will guide you through diagnostic inspections and testing procedures. Upon identifying the issue, we will provide complimentary replacement parts for the following components:

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Weather-related damage to indoor saunas left outdoors
Labor/technician fees and associated downtime for repairs or maintenance

Our saunas are engineered for an estimated 15-year lifespan. Actual longevity may vary depending on regional climate, usage patterns, and maintenance practices. Regular care can significantly extend operational life.

Full warranty benefits apply exclusively to purchases made through HKXSC-SAUNA.com. Products obtained via third-party retailers or transferred ownership qualify only for fee-based component replacement services.

Wood Care and Cleaning Guidelines

Natural Characteristics:

As a living material, wood naturally adapts to environmental conditions. Variations in color, grain, or minor surface cracks reflect its organic beauty and do not compromise structural integrity.

Sanitization Benefits:

Far infrared waves inherently disinfect surfaces, reducing cleaning frequency.

Maintenance Schedule:

Clean interior surfaces every two weeks or after 5-10 uses
Exterior cleaning is unnecessary due to factory-applied protective varnish

Surface Protection:

Bench surfaces feature alcohol-sensitive water-based varnish
Avoid cleaning agents containing benzene or high-concentration alcohol solutions
Reapply varnish to discolored indoor sauna surfaces as needed
Outdoor units may use hard wax oil or protective finishes
