If you change your mind for any reason, you may return items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided they remain undamaged, unopened, and in original packaging. Please note that shipping charges for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Eligibility: We only accept returns of undamaged items purchased directly through hkxsc-sauna.com. Returns from other retailers must be processed through the original store.

Timeframe: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Costs: Customers bear return shipping costs for non-warranty-related returns.

Defective/Damaged Items: Contact us immediately if your product is defective or arrives damaged for a full refund or exchange.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to opened, installed, or used products to cover handling and processing costs.

Approved Returns: Qualifying returns will result in an exchange or full reimbursement of the product price.

Quality Assurance

While we rigorously inspect products, occasional issues may occur. If you receive a defective item or incorrect order, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping costs).
