The interlocking flooring tiles are a great addition to the sauna. They give it a more luxurious look. The sauna looks more finished with the flooring tiles. You get a total of 10 floor tiles which fit very well in the 2 persons sauna. I ended cutting one of the tiles in half to make it look more finished on the floor. I then put the one and a half tiles in front of the door.

I have the 2 person Steam Sauna 702ST and ordered two Ergonomic Backrests. The backrests are a good addition but I find in the 2 person sauna you do not need two of them. It gets a bit crowded with two but if one person uses the sauna I feel it is a good addition.

I have a 4 person outdoor sauna that I set up 2 weeks ago. I only needed two people for the first wall and the ceiling. It is super hot. My roof box was damaged by shipper, a new roof arrived in about 7 days. so far so good.

We love our new sauna! It has all the features that other units miss. It has infrared/ red light therapy, negative ion production but most importantly, it has the volcanic rocks & stove of a traditional sauna. One label of distilled water increases the humidity & the apparent heat. This really brings on the sweat. For a full steam bath we just attach the steam generator to the Sauna inlet & voila, it is now a steam room. Having it by the pool, hot tub & outdoor shower brings the full “Spa” experience to our outdoor area. With the optional cover it is protected from fading in the harsh Florida sun & keeps it all looking great when family visit. Assembling the unit was a breeze. With my wife’s help, it took us less than 1/2 a day from arrival to working. The side pieces just clip together and a simple screw gun locks the pieces in place. I would highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a personal Sauna as it has so many more features that others do not.

Cost was right, construction wasn’t too hard, Sauna has worked perfectly for over a month with daily use. This is definitely worth it.

Even my wife says this Sauna has been one of our best investments. It’s easy to maintain and operate and has already become a part of our daily routine.

My wife and I have been searching for Saunas and were planning on just building one ourselves with the general cost being so high. Luckily, We ran across HKXSC over Christmas for a great deal and got a great Sauna for way cheaper than our build plan and significantly less that comparable Saunas.

We use the Sauna every day and love it. Building it did take 2 hours and is a little tricky since there aren’t any written instructions but it wasn’t too bad if you have some experience putting things together.

These Saunas are definitely worth it.

Great indoor steam sauna with a high quality mahogany build and excellent built-in speakers. I use the sauna 4 times a week and have noticed a huge difference. It comfortably fits 3 adults; 4 people can feel a bit crowded. Reaches between 165°F–180°F quickly which is more than enough for an intense, relaxing session. Customer service was excellent and very helpful with setup when I had a few minor hiccups during the build. Overall, for the price, this is a great home sauna for relaxation and recovery.

The sauna woks great. Easily getting to 180 degrees and 60% humidity...which is MORE than enough! Installation was very straightforward. I was able to do most of it by myself...one of the walls required a helper and the roof required 2 helpers. Customer service was needed a couple times as for some reason the heater got lost in transit, and I needed a couple questions answered. Although customer service can be a bit slow, they DO get back to you and they will bend over backward to help. The price was way better than competitors as well. Don't expext to get 4 adults in the unless you are shoulder to shoulder....

I’m a 6 foot two 230 pound man, I actually put this together by myself. Took maybe an hour, it was pretty simple. It’s got Bluetooth speakers that work excellent red LED LED behind the benches. From 13°C it takes about 45 minutes to get to 88°C. They come with the bucket towel. Everything you need where others try to charge you for extra. I’ve had it up and running for a couple weeks now and it works very well. I’m not for sure what my expectations were, but I knew I wanted something that would get hot in this certainly does. I’ve had it up to 200°.

Just as advertised. Fairly easy installation. Would highly recommend.

It was a long road, studying, finding, and buying this awesome sauna, but I am very happy. The team at HKSXC was (still is) totally helpful, responsive, and on it. The delivery was fast, the boxes well organized, and I could not believe my wife and I could set it up so easily. We love it!

I've had the sauna going for a few days now. I use it daily for 20 - 30 minutes and it leaves me rejuvenated and relaxed.

I spent a lot of time looking for the right sauna; I wanted a traditonal single person sauna for a reasonable price. Surprisingly high requirements apparently, every place only had infrared saunas which I wasn't interested in or they were outrageously priced 5, 6 or even 7 thousand dollars.

I was super skeptical about this site, but they really came through...

The sauna was delivered on time, the video on youtube was generally easy to follow, they were just couple minor differences and you do have to drill the holes yourself, but the build was pretty easy.

I have been using it for 2 weeks now almost every day and it is exactly what I was looking for. I really hope if anything does come up that they will honor the warranty because so far my experience has far exceeded my expectations.

I can’t say enough about this sauna! Delivery was quick, and the quality is truly outstanding. The appearance exceeded my expectations, and the size is perfect—spacious, comfortable, and absolutely beautiful in the yard.

This sauna has an amazing temperature range and the combo steam-infrared is incredible - allows you to go to higher temperatures while preserving the benefits of the infrared sauna. It also roomy for its footprint.

The craftmanship is impecable and the assembly is as easy as it shows in the videos. I was able to assemble it in 1hr with the help of a friend.

The customer service and responsiveness is also a welcome experience. THe HKXSC team always responded to my queries within one day.

I’m very pleased with the sauna overall, shipped right to my house, installed in one hour, ran a 220 line for the outlet and was up and running in a day. The quality is great, simple to operate with great results. Would highly recommend!

I’ve had this sauna for over a month now and I absolutely love it. It’s literally an all in one Sauna. Infrared, negative ion, steam and can get as hot as you can handle. I used to travel and pick resorts and cruises based on if they had a good sauna room. Now I have the best one right in my back yard! The 3 person is really roomy. I can even stretch and lay down with no discomfort. Did you know most of us will die from heart disease? Active sauna use will lower that risk by 50%. I recommend this sauna!

The foot mats are a great addition. We use some inside and outside the sauna door which adds comfort for the feet.

Backrests are great and make the sauna experience even more comfortable

I am extremely happy with my purchase of this sauna. First of all, the sauna is absolutely beautiful and appealing to the eye. Second, have the features of an infrared and traditional sauna in one is something you just don’t find anywhere else. The sauna experience itself is extremely enjoyable and not like the uncomfortable feeling of many other saunas. The set up and installation took no time at all and the company answered the questions I had about set up. I can’t recommend enough.

and set it up for a very reasonable fee. everything works great thus far.
