When you spend your hard-earned money on our gear, you can do so knowing it will remain fully-functional and defect-free. You can also rest assured that we will do everything in our power to keep your product in use and out of a landfill.

 

 

WARRANTY PERIOD

We are only responsible for the warranty of products purchased on the website: www.hkxsc-sauna.com! The electrical parts of HKXSC products are guaranteed for life! （exclusive to email subscribers). The wood part needs to see the specific situation. For details, please contact: service@hkxsc-sauna.com

 

OUR WARRANTY COVERS:

·Manufacturing defects
·Failures or breakages that render a part or all of your product to ·become non-functional

OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

·The wood blemishes, scratches, stains
·Failures or breakages due to misuse, neglect, or intentional damage
·Things we don’t manufacture ourselves
·All glass material is not covered by Standard Warranty

 

WOOD CARE IN YOUR STEAM SAUNA

 

HKXSC-SAUNA provides warranty on wood components against defective material and/or workmanship of cabinetry. Since the wood used Indoor Saunas has been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood within a sauna environment. This expansion may result in minor cracks, which is considered normal and not covered under warranty. Being kiln dried also means that the Indoor Sauna must be installed indoors only.

However, you can put our uniquely designed Outdoor Saunas outside. The special design and construction of our Outdoor Sauna will ensure that your cabin reaches the desired temperature and is also adequately protected from the elements as they can withstand most weather conditions.

Wood is a living material that continues to respond to climate conditions, even after being manufactured into a sauna. Variations in the color or grain and irregularities such as fine cracks are part of the natural beauty of the wood and in no way should be considered defects. During normal operation, wood may crack slightly due to the changes in moisture level. This will not affect the structural integrity of the sauna.

In most cases, these blemishes on the exterior of the sauna can be concealed by using a small amount of furniture polish, oil or other furniture treatment. The interior blemishes, scratches, or scuffs can be either left alone or sanded. Please avoid any treatment containing benzene or a high concentration of alcohol.
