How long will it take to receive my order?
It takes 2-3 business days to process your order once we receive it. Depending on the shipping address, we will ship from a warehouse near you in California, New Jersey, Georgia and Texas. Estimated delivery time is 5-14 business days (pre-order products are subject to product page).
How long is the warranty for HKXSC saunas?
HKXSC always puts the quality and safety of our products in the first place, and we solemnly declare that we will be responsible for your sauna for life.
Does HKXSC offer in-home installation service?
HKXSC saunas are designed for easy assembly, taking just 20 minutes for 1-2 people. For added convenience, we now offer professional in-home installation in Southern California and are actively working to expand our service area.
How do I maintain my sauna/what can I do to it?
Wood Maintenance:
- Try to put HKXSC sauna room in a ventilated and dry place, keep the distance between the bottom and the ground.
- Just clean the sauna floor and seat with a towel after each use of the sauna room.
- Paint or wood wax the outside of the sauna room every 3-6 months.All these will prolong the service life of the sauna room as much as possible!
What can you do with the sauna?
- You can choose the varnish according to your favorite color and apply it on the external wall of the sauna room.
- Without affecting the normal use and safety of the sauna room, you can choose your favorite interior decoration inside the sauna room.
How do I change/cancel my order?
We ship your order within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, you will receive an email notification when it is shipped, until then you can change or cancel your order by Contact Us to notify us.

What is the difference between Red Cedar and Hemlock?
If using a sauna outdoors, Red Cedar is a better choice than Hemlock.
Durability:
- Red cedar: service life can be 30-40 years or longer.
- Hemlock: service life is typically 10-20 years.
- Red cedar typically has a longer service life and better resistance to decay than hemlock.
Heat Resistance:
- Red Cedar: Resistant to temperatures up to 212°F (100°C).
- Hemlock: Resistant to temperatures up to 180°F (82°C).
- Red cedar can withstand higher sauna conditions and natural environments than hemlock.
Moisture Resistance:

Do I need to preheat my infrared sauna?
It is recommended to preheat the infrared sauna before use to shorten the time it takes to start sweating and experience the therapeutic effects.
The warm-up time varies depending on the size of the space inside the sauna and the outdoor temperature.
In general, smaller saunas have a relatively short warm-up time of about 10 minutes. On the other hand, if the sauna is larger, the warm-up time may be a little longer, about 15-20 minutes.
In addition, when the ambient temperature is low in the winter, the sauna may take longer to warm up because it needs to overcome the lower ambient temperature. This will require an additional 5-10 minutes to warm up the sauna than on a warm summer day.
Can I use the sauna in a cold place? (e.g. south Florida)
Of course, You can enjoy a sauna when it's cold in South Florida. In fact, HKXSC saunas work well in both winter and summer, regardless of the outdoor temperature, with the difference that the heat-up time is a bit longer in cold weather than in the warmer summer months, at about 20-30 minutes.

How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email containing your order number and logistics tracking number. After receiving the notification email you can use the tracking number to check the latest logistics information on the tracking order page.
Will the logistics be delivered to my house?
Our logistics providers are CEVA Logistics and FedEx or others, depending on your shipping address and the products you purchase. They will deliver the sauna directly to your home, and before delivery, they will call you to confirm that you can sign for it at your home.
If you are located in California, New Jersey, Georgia, and Texas, installation may be available as time and distance permits.
How to transport HKXSC sauna?
HKXSC Sauna has warehouses in California, New Jersey, Georgia, and Texas. We will arrange shipment near you according to your shipping address.
Packaging: packed by three large boxes containing front, back, left, right, top and bottom wooden boards. The wooden boards are installed with motor equipment and carbon heating plate and glass.
What is your return policy?

How long does it take to get a refund?

1. if you meet the guidelines of our return policy, then we will refund the price of your purchase.
2. you should receive your refund within four weeks of handing the package over to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund sooner.
This time period includes the transit time it takes for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
How do I request a return?
To request a return, please contact us at service@hkxsc-sauna.com. Our staff will get back to you within 1 business day.
1. please do not return your purchase without contacting us first;
2. please detail in your email why you need to return the item, if it is a quality issue please attach a picture or video;
3. Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment used for your purchase;
4. you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your item to return it. 5;
5. you do not need to pay any return handling fee due to quality issue within the 14 days return period.

How do I change/cancel my order?

My order was never delivered, what can I do?
We are very sorry if this has happened. Please give us some time to contact the courier company, we will do our best to track your package and make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.

About Sauna
Why are there so many materials in HKXSC saunas? What is the difference between them?
HKXSC has always been committed to bring the best products to our customers. How many people and how long does it take to assemble a sauna?
HKXSC saunas are made of tongue and groove construction, and complete assembly of a sauna only takes 1-2 people 20 minutes.
Why is the maximum temperature 149°F/65°C?
A maximum of 149°F is a healthy setting for the human body. Infrared saunas, unlike traditional steam saunas, work by applying the temperature better to the human body, so higher temperatures will only be detrimental rather than healthy.
In addition, the temperature shown on the 149°F control panel represents the surface temperature of the infrared heating panels and the actual room temperature may have reached 180°F.
Mayo Clinic: According to the Mayo Clinic, the typical temperature range for infrared saunas is 120°F to 140°F. They recommend starting with sessions that last about 10 to 15 minutes and gradually increasing to 20 to 30 minutes as your body can tolerate, while staying hydrated and listening to your body's signals.
What is the EMF of HKXSC sauna?
HKXSC saunas are equipped with ultra-low EMF heaters with EMF readings between 0.1 and 1.0mG.
The HKXSC infrared heater has been granted a U.S. patent for low ELF and low EMF infrared saunas. Our sauna manufacturing technology integrates Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) electric fields and Low Electromagnetic Field Radiation (EMF) to ensure your physical and mental safety.
What is the difference between an infrared sauna and a "traditional sauna"?
1. Method of heating:
Conventional steam sauna: Conventional saunas generate high-temperature steam by means of a heated oven or hearthstone, which raises the temperature in the sauna room to between 70°C and 100°C. It is prone to suffocation or scalding hazards.
Infrared Sauna: Infrared saunas produce infrared radiation through infrared heaters instead of heating the air. The infrared rays penetrate the skin and directly heat the body tissues, usually at temperatures between 40°C and 60°C. The infrared rays can be used to heat the body, but they can also be used to heat the skin.
2. Comfort and suitability:
Traditional steam sauna: Due to the high temperature and humidity, some people may feel uncomfortable, especially for those with cardiovascular or respiratory problems.
Infrared sauna: The mild infrared heat makes infrared sauna more suitable for those who cannot tolerate the high temperatures of traditional sauna, and is also more suitable for prolonged use.
Usage & Care
Where should I place my sauna?
You can place your sauna both indoors and outdoors. Just make sure you have a level surface.
If you place your HKXSC sauna outdoors, try to avoid placing it in a wet corner. This will increase the lifespan of the sauna.
How long does it take to heat to 149°F?
The speed at which a sauna heats up is directly proportional to the power of the heating panels and inversely proportional to the space in the sauna. Heating to 149°F takes about 20 minutes. On a hot summer day it takes only 15 minutes, on a cold winter day it may take up to 30 minutes. In addition, the frequency with which the door is opened can also affect the temperature inside the sauna.
How to connect a Bluetooth speaker?
Once the sauna is turned on, you can find the "BT Speaker" in the Bluetooth settings of your phone, tablet or computer, and click to connect to use the speaker to listen to music, read a book or do anything else you like.

How to use an infrared sauna?
IMPORTANT: Make sure you are properly hydrated before, during and after use.
1. Preparation
Before using the sauna, shower to remove any oil, lotion or makeup from your skin.
2. Clothing:
Wear lightweight, loose-fitting clothing such as a bathing suit or comfortable workout clothes.
3. Temperature:
Adjust the temperature of the sauna to a level you feel comfortable with. (approximately 100°F to 140°F).
4. Time:
Beginners usually start with a shorter period of time, about 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Prohibition:
Avoid alcohol or caffeine before using the sauna as they can dehydrate the body.
6. Safety:
If you start to feel dizzy, lightheaded or uncomfortable, leave the sauna immediately and cool down.
7. Cool down:
After the sauna, take a cool shower or bath to help regulate your body temperature and remove sweat and toxins from your skin.
8. Cleaning:
After each use, wipe down the sauna floor and seat with a clean rag to remove sweat and bacteria.
