I ordered this sauna for my wife as a gift. The freight shipping was not bad regular wait. We were so excited. It arrived in a single pallet of several boxes with some gifts and extras, thank you! Assembly was quite simple and their videos were straight forward. Their support team responds within 24hr every time i had a question! I had the misfortune of having my glass door break the next day after i assembled it. Their team was very prompt and professional about getting me a replacement. Their service is amazing! Their product is wonderful. Im delighted to enjoy some sauna time with my wife. Even our kids join us occasionally for a few minutes and everything has been working wonderfully. Before my purchase they had supported me in getting my proper 220v receptacle so all was plug and play ready as soon as it was assembled. Thank you so much HKXSC and team!

I have owned this sauna for a couple of weeks now and have only used it twice, but I absolutely love it. For the price, design and shipping speed, this was a great call. I was a bit hesitant at first and was looking to go with a more known brand like Almost Heaven or Sunray, but the support team here was able to answer and address all of my questions/concerns. I was able to get it up to 185(f) and pouring a bit of water on the stones I was leaving drenched. Install was very straightforward as well. I hope that with proper care the quality will hold up. Definitely happy with the purchase.

The sauna is great! Easy to assemble we had it together in 25 minutes. I use it 3-4 times a week and it is as promised. Deliver was a bit of a problem the door was damaged during delivery. This company communicated well and sent a replacement door. I would buy this product again! Very happy
We bought a large and medium backrest and they work great good quality fits the arch of your back put a towel over to absorb the sweat and you are off to the races
It doesn't feel stuffy. I will comment again after a while.
Received the sauna kit all items were accounted for and it was quite easy to assemble quality of the material was very good. The two person sauna is fine for one person. The heating system is excellent and provides enough heat in 30 minutes for a relaxing sauna, I highly recommend this product

We have sauna for 3 weeks , really enjoying it. Had a slight problem with installation, service was very helpful.
One thing, to put 3 people sauna together need a two people.
We are very excited to have an at-home sauna and thus far we are really pleased with our experience both with the sauna and with the customer service from HKXSC. I was a little bit apprehensive about how the build process would go, but overall it was smooth.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it takes a bit longer to heat up than I’d like. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic product.
