I received this item and experienced a couple of issues initially. I worked with the seller,HKXSC and after trying a couple of things they sent me new heating panels and everything worked great. They were very responsive and kept working with me until my issue was resolved. I am very happy with my sauna. I was afraid I might feel claustrophobic while using it, but that is not the case. The 2 person outdoor sauna is a great size for 1 person with a bit of room to stretch. The wood quality seems good. The temperature fluctuates from 150 to 144 with 100% intensity button. It would be nice to have a button to keep the temperature constant. But it does the job for sure. Make sure to get that backrest as it's totally worth it! Richard is very responsive and very helpful so the support on the other side after the sale is why 5 stars.
Our 1-person outdoor infrared sauna is made from premium Mahogany wood, and it's incredibly durable. It withstands the elements perfectly, showing no signs of wear even after several months of use. The wood is treated to resist moisture, and it still looks as good as new. We're very happy with the durability and longevity of this sauna.

I absolutely hate to write reviews unless something is wrong,but this product is awesome(at least for now) . It was Packed extremely well,and everything fit as it should. There maybe a few miss aligned areas,but overall it seemed to be of high quality and extremely easy to put together. I turned it on and it came up to temp.(130) in about thirty min. Everything worked as it should,which is way better than most. I highly recommend this brand. I purchased the HKXSC outdoor infrared sauna because I didn't have the room inside for an indoor model. I was amazed at the speed of the delivery. I placed the order on May 4th and the sauna was delivered on May 10th. The sauna arrived in three boxes which with two people were easy to move around. I needed to make a sub-floor for the sauna because of the angle of my porch concrete slab. Took about two hours total to put together by myself. Before I could use the sauna, I needed to run to Lowes and purchase a heavy-duty 6 foot extension cord to reach my outside outlet. When I connected the power, I paired my iPhone to the speakers and they sounded perfect. I had my first sauna session and was completely satisfied with the purchase.
I had someone put this together for me, but he reported it was very easy, took him 1 hour. It looks beautiful and the smell is wonderful. Heats up in about 20 minutes to 65 Celsius and has auto shut off. Bluetooth sounds great and lights are a nice touch. I wanted to add that you can change it to Fahrenheit but pressing and holding the plus and minus buttons under TEMP at the same time.

What is the difference between Red Cedar and Hemlock?
As a sauna, Red Cedar is better suited for outdoor use than Hemlock.
Durability:
Red cedar: service life can be 30-40 years or longer.
Hemlock: service life is typically 10-20 years.
Red cedar typically has a longer service life and better resistance to decay than hemlock.
Heat Resistance:

Can I use the sauna in a cold place? (e.g. south Florida)
Of course, You can enjoy a sauna when it's cold in South Florida. In fact, HKXSC saunas work well in both winter and summer, regardless of the outdoor temperature, with the difference that the heat-up time is a bit longer in cold weather than in the warmer summer months, at about 20-30 minutes.
Do I need to preheat my infrared sauna?
It is recommended to preheat the infrared sauna before use to shorten the time it takes to start sweating and experience the therapeutic effects.
The warm-up time varies depending on the size of the space inside the sauna and the outdoor temperature.
The warm-up time in a small sauna is relatively short, about 10 minutes. On the contrary, when the sauna is larger, the warm-up time is slightly longer, about 15-20 minutes.
In addition, when the ambient temperature is low in the winter, the sauna may take longer to warm up because it needs to overcome the lower ambient temperature. This will require an additional 5-10 minutes to warm up the sauna than on a warm summer day.
