The craftmanship is impecable and the assembly is as easy as it shows in the videos. I was able to assemble it in 1hr with the help of a friend.

The customer service and responsiveness is also a welcome experience. THe HKXSC team always responded to my queries within one day.

I’m very pleased with the sauna overall, shipped right to my house, installed in one hour, ran a 220 line for the outlet and was up and running in a day. The quality is great, simple to operate with great results. Would highly recommend!

I am so happy that I bought this Sauna (I got the outdoor, 4-person one). It sits on my balcony and the glass allows me to see the view. It heats up quickly and it is spacious and comfortable for 2 people.

I’ve had this sauna for over a month now and I absolutely love it. It’s literally an all in one Sauna. Infrared, negative ion, steam and can get as hot as you can handle. I used to travel and pick resorts and cruises based on if they had a good sauna room. Now I have the best one right in my back yard! The 3 person is really roomy. I can even stretch and lay down with no discomfort. Did you know most of us will die from heart disease? Active sauna use will lower that risk by 50%. I recommend this sauna!
Negative Ion is a game changer !!!!

We love our new 2-person negative ion steam sauna. It was easy to assemble quiclkly in our unfinished basement with only two people. The product quality is very good and the features are simple to operate.

The foot mats are a great addition. We use some inside and outside the sauna door which adds comfort for the feet.

Backrests are great and make the sauna experience even more comfortable

I am extremely happy with my purchase of this sauna. First of all, the sauna is absolutely beautiful and appealing to the eye. Second, have the features of an infrared and traditional sauna in one is something you just don’t find anywhere else. The sauna experience itself is extremely enjoyable and not like the uncomfortable feeling of many other saunas. We have had our 3-Person Indoor Negative-Ion Steam Sauna | Air Purification & Mid-Infrared Therapy | HKXSC 703ST for several months now. The sauna is used daily. Some days more than once as my entire family loves the sauna and its health benefits. My son says a sauna is not a luxury but a health necessity. :) The sauna gets very hot and steamy. Well constructed. We love the red light and Bluetooth speaker, too.

we were close to a supply outlet in southern california and were able to see the sauna. the girl in riverside was very accommodating, they did free delivery to fallbrook california
and set it up for a very reasonable fee. everything works great thus far.

We bought a large and medium backrest for our 3 person sauna they work great good quality fits the arch of your back perfectly. Throw a towel over it to absorb the sweat and you are off to the races enjoy !!
