We love our Sauna...not just the sauna itself but the whole experience from ordering to completion. Our space is unique outdoors hemmed in by granite boulders, so we found the perfect two-person size with HKXSC. When ordering the kit (we live about 1000 miles away) we asked for a preferred delivery date knowing it might come some before or after. The truck arrived in the morning exactly on the date we asked for.
The craftsmanship is exact and the quality is evident. It assembles quickly with a helper and the tolerances are very tight and exact. Every time I had an assembly or operation question i got very fast response from their support team. For the price, quality, and capability I dare someone to comparison shop and find better value with design, Bluetooth speakers, high end heater, red light therapy, negative ion, and mood lighting.
Already in cold weather it heats up very quickly and the sauna cover is a plus, if or when needed. I wish all companies were this customer centric.

I'm writing this as I sit in my newly assembled Solid Outdoor 2 person sauna. The assembly was surprisingly easy and straight forward. The door had some slight alignment issues, mostly related to leveling the sauna base. A couple small gripes: the Bluetooth speakers only power on when the interior light is on, and that button is on the outside. Annoying, but oh well. The power cord comes out of the roof line of the structure, it would be far more convenient if it came out at the base. And 2 person really is 2 person. A third person may fit if you get really cozy. I would also suggest buying the flooring PA els, as the basic floor looks a bit cheap, albeit perfectly functional. Other than those minor gripes, it's great. Heats up in about 45 minutes. Very nice aroma to the fir wood. I'll be in here as much as I can.

Recently purchased the 701 steam sauna. Better than advertised and researched many brands for 6 months . Easy assembly, the sauna flat out gets hot and fast . 185 in a short 20 minutes , 230 in about 35 minutes. I’ve found 185 to be more than enough when you add a little steam . Very happy with the purchase .

been extremely happy with our HKXSC two-person outdoor sauna. After spending some time looking at different options, we wanted something that not only performed well but also looked great in our outdoor space, and this sauna has absolutely delivered on both.

It heats up surprisingly fast, gets genuinely hot, and most importantly, holds the temperature really well throughout the entire session. We’ve been very impressed with the overall performance.

The other thing we love is how beautiful it looks. It has a very clean, high-end appearance and honestly looks even better in person. It’s become a great addition to our outdoor area and something we look forward to using regularly.

Overall, we’re very pleased with the purchase. If you’re looking for an outdoor sauna that gets hot, stays hot, heats up quickly, and looks fantastic, we would definitely recommend the HKXSC.

Really happy with these sauna wood locking floor tiles! They were very easy to put together and instantly made the floor of my sauna look much more finished and high-end. The locking design keeps everything securely in place, and the wood feels much nicer underfoot than standing directly on the original floor.

I especially like that they give the sauna a more traditional, spa-like look while still being practical around the heat and moisture. Installation was quick and straightforward

I ordered from HKXSC-Sauna their 703VS model. The reason for selecting this product was the very very attractive specification of this sauna. Primarily, I wanted an outdoor sauna that can go above 200F that is easy to set up and is esthetically attractive. I was reviewing many products before selecting this product. In the reviewing and selection process I also realized that the pricing was also very attractive. Even though price was not my main selection criterion, it was good to know that I am getting multiple features besides my coveted 230F temperature range. The ordering process was super easy The sauna arrived, as promised, 5 days after I placed the order. It was packaged very carefully and all the components were marked very precisely The assembly process was easy, but because of the size and weight of some of the elements, it required two people. I was setting up the sauna on a my backyard which is covered with pavers. This may have caused some glass door alignment issues, but here the HKXSC technical team helped me swiftly with an instruction about fixing this problem. So, now the sauna is all setup, ready, operational and fun. I do enjoy all the features it offers; the size, the high target temperature it reaches really fast, red light, the LED reading lights and the BT speakers. The sauna also came with number of items such as a thermometer/hygrometer combo, bucket and ladle, sealing straps and silicone sealer. Overall a great experience.

Love this Sauna, purchased about 2-3 months ago, and use it about 3 times a week. HKXSC put it together for me in about an hour and a half. Glad I didn’t install it myself, since they had to seal all windows with caulk which is a pain. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to about 150 degrees which is how I like it, so when I step in, I’m beading sweat within the first minute. I have the seperate steamer I hook up on the weekends. It’s nice cause I can add eucalyptus oils and feels like I’m at a resort😁, and steams up way more than just pouring water on the rocks. Seems like it’s built very well, love the look of it. Set it so I can sit and look at my pool while sitting in it. Bluetooth speakers work great with it. I would highly recommend this Sauna to anyone.
Thank you HKXSC

Only took a couple hours to assemble. Works great and i keep it in my garage, gets very hot and stays hot. Very happy overall.

Assembly was fairly intuitive even without instructions. Videos on the website were very helpful when needed.

Packaging was excellent!

Look forward to using sauna soon!

Shipping was a little unclear…we received a text that morning that a pallet would be dropped off in our driveway. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Set up was pretty easy, mostly a one person job. Heats up fairly quickly and so far seems to be a great option for anyone who wants a space saving home sauna. Gets as hot as indicated and we love the red light therapy option. Staff was super responsive when we were ordering and had questions. Would recommend.

We just got our sauna yesterday and couldn’t be happier with it. It’s absolutely beautiful, shipping was quick, and assembly was much easier than expected. Customer service has also been very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend!

Easy to put together
Everything worked
Works really well and gets hot quickly

We set this up in January and had to let it sit for a few months during a renovation, but came back and it is amazing. The team was really communicative at HKXSC and helped through the entire process. Now we have the bathroom of our dreams, thanks, guys!

This sauna exceeded all my expectations. The size is absolutely true to what’s advertised, so there were no surprises during setup—it fits perfectly and feels spacious once you’re inside.

What really stands out is how incredible it feels when it’s heated up. The combination of steam and lava rocks creates an intense, soothing heat that feels like a professional spa experience. When you add water to the rocks, it produces more than enough steam, filling the space quickly and evenly for that deep, relaxing heat.

Overall, it’s an amazing setup that delivers both comfort and performance. Highly recommend for anyone looking to bring that authentic sauna experience home.
