Sauna Stones Placement Video
Preparing the Sauna for First Use
Your sauna has been manufactured and stored in packaging materials (e.g., Styrofoam) for over a month, which may cause initial odors, follow these steps:
- After assembly, vacuum any residual dust or Styrofoam debris.
- Clean the glass with a glass cleaner. Avoid spraying directly onto the glass; apply the cleaner to a cloth first.
- Please wipe all wooden surfaces with a damp microfiber towel to remove dust.
- Wash and dry the sauna stones (included in the accessory box) before first use to eliminate mineral powder and dirt.
- The main rule in placing sauna stones is to take care that they do not obstruct the circulation of air through the furnace in order to produce a moderate amount of heat and steam. Do not force a stone that is too large to be placed in the center of the heater, as this will block air circulation and cause overheating, and will most likely damage the heater.
- Please heat the sauna and open the glass door completely after one hour of steam heating to better remove odors and moisture from the sauna.
- The sauna is now ready for use. Leave the door open for 2-3 days after initial use to dissipate any remaining odors.
How to Use the Sauna
- Before entering the sauna, please take a shower to wet your skin. You can bring a glass of water with you and drink some water in moderation when you feel that your lips are dry.
- Avoid sauna sessions immediately before or after meals.
- Please heat the sauna and open the glass door completely after one hour of steam heating to better remove odors and moisture inside the sauna.
- The duration of the sauna should not be too long, about 15 minutes is the most suitable. If the temperature is too high, it will be difficult to breathe, please control the appropriate temperature by yourself, if you feel unwell, please end the sauna immediately.
- After the sauna session, do not exit immediately. Wait for your body to adapt to the temperature outside the sauna room and for the heat to dissipate before exiting, to avoid the physical discomfort caused by the rapid alternation of heat and cold.
- Avoid cold drinks, heavy meals, or bathing for 2-4 hours post-sauna to maximize detoxification benefits.
- Moisturize or massage your skin after use, as open pores enhance skincare product absorption.
Sauna Maintenance
- Cover benches with two layers of towels for hygiene. Place a small towel under your feet to absorb sweat.
- Replace sauna stones every 500 hours or (every 2 years). Remove broken stones promptly.
- After each session, ventilate the sauna, wipe glass and seats with a damp cloth, and clean the drip tray.
- After each sauna session, please open the door to allow air to circulate in the sauna, use a damp towel to wipe water stains on the glass and seats.
Tips:
Since the internal timber surfaces of the sauna are unfinished, you can safely use fine grit sandpaper to remove any unwanted marks. NB: Sand in the direction of the timber grain.
Caution:
Never use detergents or hose down the sauna.

The safety sensor
The safety sensor automatically shuts off the heater if ventilation is blocked or stones are improperly placed.
Near-Infrared Lamps
- Visible red light and near infrared light have a positive effect on skin wound healing.
- Near-infrared light can promote collagen synthesis, hydration, reduce wrinkles and achieve skin rejuvenation.

- Whole-body red light therapy is effective in promoting wound healing in deep burn wounds and other similar acute wounds. At the same time, it has pain-relieving and safety benefits for these patients.
- Near-infrared light can promote blood circulation, improve acne and inhibit melanin production.

Negative Ion Plates
- In terms of purifying the air, the role of negative ions plays a role in settling particles, making the air feel fresher to breathe, as well as sterilization.
- Negative ions can improve the body's cellular and humoral immunity, and enhance the body's antimicrobial capacity.

- Negative ions can improve endocrine function through blood circulation, such as improving gonad function and improving thyroid function.
- Negative ions play a sedative and analgesic role. They can reduce vascular tension in the blood.
- The effects of negative ions on the physiological functions of the human body are manifold. For the respiratory system, negative ions enter the lungs and improve the ventilation function of the lungs. They increase oxygen inhalation and carbon dioxide excretion, resulting in even breathing and fewer breaths.
Audio system
- Power on the sauna. A ding-dong tone confirms activation.
- Connect your device to SAUNA BT.
- If you are unable to connect your device via Bluetooth, turn off the sauna at the wall outlet, restart your phone, then power on the sauna and try to connect to the "SAUNA BT".

Caution:
Only 1 device can be connected at any one time. If you can't connect, it could be that another device in the home is already paired with "SAUNA BT" which you will need to unpair.
