Natural wood responds to changes in temperature, humidity, sunlight, and outdoor exposure. Variations in grain, color, knots, and surface texture are normal characteristics of real wood and are not considered defects.
For routine care, clean the interior approximately every two weeks or after every 5–10 uses. Regular exterior washing is generally not required, as the outdoor sauna is protected with a factory-applied wood wax oil finish made from natural plant oils and waxes. The finish penetrates the wood while allowing it to breathe, helping reduce moisture-related swelling, shrinkage, warping, and surface cracking. Depending on the local climate and natural variations in wood density, some areas may gradually fade or appear lighter within 3–6 months of installation. This is a normal cosmetic change and typically does not affect the wood’s protective finish.
When the exterior begins to appear faded, dry, or uneven, lightly sand it with 200-grit or finer sandpaper, remove all dust, and apply a breathable exterior wood wax oil with a brush. Spot-treat heavily faded areas first, wait approximately one hour, and then apply one thin, even coat over the entire surface.
Allow the finish to cure for at least 24 hours before normal use or exposure to rain. Use the included protective cover when the sauna is not in use, and secure the glass door during strong winds or severe weather.

Customers praised this all-in-one sauna featuring infrared, steam, and negative ion capabilities. "Heats to 170-180 in about 20 minutes" with quality materials and easy installation. D
We have loved the last 6 months using our sauna and then jumping in the pool after. Took a few hours to set up with two people; not difficult. The door closure isn’t perfect but it heats to 170-180 in about 20 minutes. The steam option was super important in our choice and it has been wonderful. Infrared and Bluetooth are awesome bonuses. Communication with the company has been great. They respond within hours!
D
I’ve had this sauna for over a month now and I absolutely love it. It’s literally an all in one Sauna. Infrared, negative ion, steam and can get as hot as you can handle. I used to travel and pick resorts and cruises based on if they had a good sauna room. Now I have the best one right in my back yard! The 3 person is really roomy. I can even stretch and lay down with no discomfort. Did you know most of us will die from heart disease? Active sauna use will lower that risk by 50%. I recommend this sauna!
Negative Ion is a game changer !!!!
T
High-quality materials and design. All wall panels, roof, and wiring can be easily snapped into place, making installation quick and convenient. Heats up rapidly to the desired temperature.
G
Wood smells nice. No off gassing odors. Heats to 140 in maybe 20 minutes.
Glad I made the purchase.
B
Works better than expected. Quality is good too.
