We are very pleased with this purchase. The sauna is very well made and works wonderfully. We didn't have any issues putting it together but I think it could be a challenge for someone who is not used to assembling furniture and the like. The delivery was earlier then expected and the packaging was first rate.

Secondly,We don’t have a specific recommended installer for our saunas. However, each sauna comes with instructions and video guides to make the assembly process easy and straightforward. What are the requirements for the base, and which platform do you recommend it be placed on?
We strongly recommended to use a stable horizontal platform,Because our negative ion steam sauna requires a stable level base to support its full weight. For indoor use, please place it on a hard, uncarpeted, moisture-resistant floor (such as tile or concrete) near a dedicated outlet. For outdoor use, please install it on a sturdy, weather-resistant surface, such as a concrete slab or deck.
Can a sauna be safely installed on a carpeted concrete floor？
We do not recommend doing this. Installing it on a carpeted concrete floor may cause the wood at the bottom to rot due to leaking water. The carpet is not easy to dry and soak the wood, causing it to rot.
