Clean interior surfaces every two weeks or after every 5–10 uses with a soft, damp cloth. Leave the door open after each session to allow the sauna to air out and dry. Routine exterior cleaning is generally unnecessary, as the wood is protected with a factory-applied water-based varnish.
Avoid cleaners containing benzene, high-concentration alcohol, or other harsh chemicals, as they may damage the finish. Reapply a compatible water-based varnish to discolored or worn areas as needed.

We set this up in January and had to let it sit for a few months during a renovation, but came back and it is amazing. The team was really communicative at HKXSC and helped through the entire process. Now we have the bathroom of our dreams, thanks, guys!
We researched quite a few saunas. We wanted a 2 person unit traditional "finnish" dry sauna with these dimensions. The air flow for our space need to be front to back and not side to side and this worked perfectly. We also wanted a strong 240V heater to get up to temp quick and maintain when door was opened/closed. We upgraded to the 3.8W heater and it really works well. It really heats up quickly. The product came on time and the install was not a problem. We had the electrician run the wire before it was delivered. I had quite a few questions prior to purchase and the HKXSC was quick to reply in the chat. Everything works really well. It is comfortable for my wife and I to sit together side by side. The bluetooth connects as it should and we are working our way up to hotter sessions.
This steam sauna is working great . It’s help me alot after workinng and excersise and I really love it also the price is not too high enough for your pocket plus easy assembly. If you think that you try to looking for sauna for your home and save you money so this is the one that I suggest it
Awesome sauna, gets hot and stays hot, we love it!!
I’m a 6 foot two 230 pound man, I actually put this together by myself. Took maybe an hour, it was pretty simple. It’s got Bluetooth speakers that work excellent red LED LED behind the benches. From 13°C it takes about 45 minutes to get to 88°C. They come with the bucket towel. Everything you need where others try to charge you for extra. I’ve had it up and running for a couple weeks now and it works very well. I’m not for sure what my expectations were, but I knew I wanted something that would get hot in this certainly does. I’ve had it up to 200°.
2026 for us is all about health and with that came this sauna. Installation was extremely simple, it takes longer to break down the boxes than assemble this thing (with 2 people). The sauna heats up as advertised and we love the red light therapy, and bluetooth speaker. I've looked for a sauna for a year and HKXSC hit all the boxes without breaking the bank as well. They also have had extremely responsive and respectful customer service. We are recommending their sauna's to all our friends and family.

My wife really wanted a sauna, so we purchased this HKXSC 2-person indoor sauna (702SH) and installed it upstairs in her art studio. It looks fantastic! It doesn't take up much space yet is roomy enough for both of us. Assembly was pretty straightforward. It heats up quickly and evenly, with or without steam. We couldn't be happier with this sauna!

I am extremely happy with my purchase of this sauna. First of all, the sauna is absolutely beautiful and appealing to the eye. Second, have the features of an infrared and traditional sauna in one is something you just don’t find anywhere else. This little sauna gets hot hot! It was very easy to put together, everything came safely and quick! The only reason I’m giving it a 4 star is due to the weather sealing on the inside of the door. The glue heated up and now the strip keeps falling off, or sticking to the door. Otherwise very pleased!
My wife and I were able to put this together ourselves, carrying it piece by piece downstairs in about an hour. She prefers the dry atmosphere and I enjoy the steam, so it really is the best of both worlds. It is nice being able to control the humidity much more than a traditional steam room. Would reccomend 100%! Customer service was amazing after a minor mistake by myself! I've already recommended to multiple friends.
From start to finish communation has been top notch. I had a problem with door but rest a shore customer service took care of it. From cool start to 160/ 175 degrees in 30 / 40 min is great . And the steam over the rocks is awesome!! Great purchase!!
