I ordered this sauna for my wife as a gift. The freight shipping was not bad regular wait. We were so excited. It arrived in a single pallet of several boxes with some gifts and extras, thank you! Assembly was quite simple and their videos were straight forward. Their support team responds within 24hr every time i had a question! I had the misfortune of having my glass door break the next day after i assembled it. Their team was very prompt and professional about getting me a replacement. Their service is amazing!
