My husband and I were a bit skeptical at first of these saunas because they are priced so affordable. We ordered the 704SH model and couldn't be happier!!! Shipping was quick and packaging was excellent. The sauna was easy to assemble and took about an hour.
We use it daily, and it gets really hot....we haven't even turned it to full temperature yet.
We are very happy with the sauna!

My wife and I have been searching for Saunas and were planning on just building one ourselves with the general cost being so high. Luckily, We ran across HKXSC over Christmas for a great deal and got a great Sauna for way cheaper than our build plan and significantly less that comparable Saunas.

We use the Sauna every day and love it. Building it did take 2 hours and is a little tricky since there aren’t any written instructions but it wasn’t too bad if you have some experience putting things together.

These Saunas are definitely worth it.

Great indoor steam sauna with a high quality mahogany build and excellent built-in speakers. I use the sauna 4 times a week and have noticed a huge difference. It comfortably fits 3 adults; 4 people can feel a bit crowded. Reaches between 165°F–180°F quickly which is more than enough for an intense, relaxing session. Customer service was excellent and very helpful with setup when I had a few minor hiccups during the build. Overall, for the price, this is a great home sauna for relaxation and recovery.

The sauna woks great. Easily getting to 180 degrees and 60% humidity...which is MORE than enough! Installation was very straightforward. I was able to do most of it by myself...one of the walls required a helper and the roof required 2 helpers. Customer service was needed a couple times as for some reason the heater got lost in transit, and I needed a couple questions answered. Although customer service can be a bit slow, they DO get back to you and they will bend over backward to help. The price was way better than competitors as well. Don't expext to get 4 adults in the unless you are shoulder to shoulder....

This sauna has an amazing temperature range and the combo steam-infrared is incredible - allows you to go to higher temperatures while preserving the benefits of the infrared sauna. It also roomy for its footprint.

The craftmanship is impecable and the assembly is as easy as it shows in the videos. I was able to assemble it in 1hr with the help of a friend.

The customer service and responsiveness is also a welcome experience. THe HKXSC team always responded to my queries within one day.

I have used this hybrid sauna room three times a week for a month. The room looks pretty when lit up and is very comfortable for one, ok for two, may be cramped for three, and the number 4 may have to stand by the door. Although it works to my expectations and fun to use as well, the workmanship can be improved. The opening and closing of the glass door are not smooth even I had levelled the base of the room before putting the walls up. The customer service is exceptional good. Very responsive and technically supportive. I was offered compensation for some cosmetic damage during shipment. In general, as far as right now, I highly recommend this hybrid sauna room.

I have owned this sauna for a couple of weeks now and have only used it twice, but I absolutely love it. For the price, design and shipping speed, this was a great call. I was a bit hesitant at first and was looking to go with a more known brand like Almost Heaven or Sunray, but the support team here was able to answer and address all of my questions/concerns. I was able to get it up to 185(f) and pouring a bit of water on the stones I was leaving drenched. Install was very straightforward as well. I hope that with proper care the quality will hold up. Definitely happy with the purchase.

We’ve had our sauna for about two weeks now and have really enjoyed it. We have used it every night since we have gotten it. Assembly was very straightforward. The panel we received was in Celsius however, after reaching out to Customer Service we were immediately sent a replacement panel in Fahrenheit for no cost.

First, it's gorgeous! I wasn't expecting it to look so nice. All my neighbors have come over to see it and all give compliments how nice it looks outside.

I’ve been using this sauna for a month, and it’s been a great addition to my wellness routine. The negative ions really make the air feel fresh, and I love the deep sweat it provides. My only complaint is that setup was a bit more complicated than expected, but once it’s up and running, it’s amazing. Definitely worth it if you’re patient with the assembly!
