I am so happy that I bought this Sauna (I got the outdoor, 4-person one). It sits on my balcony and the glass allows me to see the view. It heats up quickly and it is spacious and comfortable for 2 people.
I’ve had this sauna for over a month now and I absolutely love it. It’s literally an all in one Sauna. Infrared, negative ion, steam and can get as hot as you can handle. I used to travel and pick resorts and cruises based on if they had a good sauna room. Now I have the best one right in my back yard! The 3 person is really roomy. I can even stretch and lay down with no discomfort. Did you know most of us will die from heart disease? Active sauna use will lower that risk by 50%. I recommend this sauna!

We love our new 2-person negative ion steam sauna. It was easy to assemble quiclkly in our unfinished basement with only two people. The product quality is very good and the features are simple to operate.
The foot mats are a great addition. We use some inside and outside the sauna door which adds comfort for the feet.

What are the requirements for the base, and which platform do you recommend it be placed on?
We strongly recommended to use a stable horizontal platform,Because our negative ion steam sauna requires a stable level base to support its full weight. For indoor use, please place it on a hard, uncarpeted, moisture-resistant floor (such as tile or concrete) near a dedicated outlet. For outdoor use, please install it on a sturdy, weather-resistant surface, such as a concrete slab or deck.
Can a sauna be safely installed on a carpeted concrete floor？
We do not recommend doing this. Installing it on a carpeted concrete floor may cause the wood at the bottom to rot due to leaking water. The carpet is not easy to dry and soak the wood, causing it to rot.
