I absolutely hate to write reviews unless something is wrong,but this product is awesome(at least for now) . It was Packed extremely well,and everything fit as it should. There maybe a few miss aligned areas,but overall it seemed to be of high quality and extremely easy to put together. I turned it on and it came up to temp.(130) in about thirty min. Everything worked as it should,which is way better than most. I highly recommend this brand. I had looked at quite a few and decided on this one because of the shipping and completeness of in factory assembly It really cut down on the guesswork during onsite assembly. Overall Awesome!
Very easy to assemble, arrived on time. Heats up in about 20 minutes. We use it almost every day. Convenient Bluetooth allows for listening to podcasts while sitting inside. Got it for the health benefits for cardiovascular health and detoxifying I have always had good blood pressure (95/65) but recently it had gone a bit higher (128/85). After les than a month of usage I noticed it went back down to the usual lows. Also, my Fitbit had been showing a resting heart rate of 65-68 and that has come down to an average of 63 in just one month.

Had the chance to use the Sauna several times since I got it and really love it. The video that describes their product and the assembly process is very accurate. I put it together with no help until setting the top in place where my wife helped push the three plugs thru the holes. Heats up to 149 deg and maintains that temp. Can't think of anything I would do to improve it.
I ordered this sauna to help with general aches and pains of aging and mild arthritis. I just want to say, it is super! Arrived in a timely fashion, extremely well packaged. Everything went together exactly as the instructions (and photos) indicated. Neither I nor my husband is very handy, but we were able to assemble this and get it working in a couple of hours -- including unpacking and cleaning up.
OMG I love this sauna! I have a wonderful ritual that creates a luxurious spa experience, including a scented candle burning in the bathroom, waiting for me when I take a warm shower after the sauna. The sauna was easy to put together. when you power it on, the sauna takes about 10 minutes to get to about 126 degrees, but you will feel the warmth soon after you get in. I preheat for about 10 minutes to make sure the spa reaches its maximum temperature of 149 degrees. But other than that, this sauna, with a lifetime warranty warranty, is a great value for the money, not to mention the health benefits. The sauna has additional lights on the inside and/or outside; and you can read inside if you want to.

Of course, You can enjoy a sauna when it's cold in South Florida. In fact, HKXSC saunas work well in both winter and summer, regardless of the outdoor temperature, with the difference that the heat-up time is a bit longer in cold weather than in the warmer summer months, at about 20-30 minutes.
Do I need to preheat my infrared sauna?
It is recommended to preheat the infrared sauna before use to shorten the time it takes to start sweating and experience the therapeutic effects.
The warm-up time varies depending on the size of the space inside the sauna and the outdoor temperature.
The warm-up time in a small sauna is relatively short, about 10 minutes. On the contrary, when the sauna is larger, the warm-up time is slightly longer, about 15-20 minutes.

- Lay a towel on the seat, sit on the towel when you use it, and lay a towel on the floor. This way you do not need to clean the sauna. Simply wash the towel between treatments.
- The outside of the sauna does not need to be cleaned either. Please avoid any treatments containing benzene or high concentrations of alcohol. Before packing and shipping, we not only carry out a thorough electrical inspection of the sauna, but also apply a thick layer of varnish and wood wax oil to its exterior. This is particularly important for outdoor saunas to protect the wood and prolong its life. Avoid rubbing the wood surface hard unless absolutely necessary.
- To ensure long-lasting protection of your outdoor sauna, we recommend applying outdoor wood wax oil to old Fir Wood, Basswood, Red Cedar and Red Cedar every 3-6 months. When the surface of the wood in the sauna shows significant discoloration, wood wax oil can be added as needed.
