The 2 person outdoor sauna is a great size for 1 person with a bit of room to stretch. The wood quality seems good. The temperature fluctuates from 150 to 144 with 100% intensity button. It would be nice to have a button to keep the temperature constant. But it does the job for sure. Make sure to get that backrest as it's totally worth it! Richard is very responsive and very helpful so the support on the other side after the sale is why 5 stars.
I purchased the HKXSC outdoor infrared sauna because I didn't have the room inside for an indoor model. I was amazed at the speed of the delivery. I placed the order on May 4th and the sauna was delivered on May 10th. The sauna arrived in three boxes which with two people were easy to move around. I needed to make a sub-floor for the sauna because of the angle of my porch concrete slab. Took about two hours total to put together by myself. Before I could use the sauna, I needed to run to Lowes and purchase a heavy-duty 6 foot extension cord to reach my outside outlet. When I connected the power, I paired my iPhone to the speakers and they sounded perfect. I had my first sauna session and was completely satisfied with the purchase.
Once you remove the 7 sections from the shipping containers assembly is a breeze with two people. Spend a little more time leveling the floor before you start adding the walls. The front section with the glass doors is the heaviest section. The outer top, while not that heavy, is a little cumbersome to manuever but with a little shifting it falls into place. The digital temperature display is in Celsius not Fahrenheit which at first requires a little mental gymnastics. I found it took my unit at least a half an hour to get to 52 degrees Celsius. That is about my starting point. After another 45 minutes the temp got up to 62 degrees Celsius - not the advertised 65 degrees but probably close enough. The temp outside was only 52 degrees Fahrenheit so not sure how well this will do when it gets really cold outside - time will tell. Customer service has been top. Notch and provided me with additional data and speaker Bluetooth connection instructions which weren't included with the packed assembly instructions. Overall I'm very happy with my new sauna and the company that it came from.
Works well, easy to assembly for 2 people. Just need a ladder and screwdriver. I think it is of pretty good value. I'd like to know though, if I can varnish the outside of it, to help keep it waterproof and for it to not to look unfinished.

Of course, You can enjoy a sauna when it's cold in South Florida. In fact, HKXSC saunas work well in both winter and summer, regardless of the outdoor temperature, with the difference that the heat-up time is a bit longer in cold weather than in the warmer summer months, at about 20-30 minutes.
Do I need to preheat my infrared sauna?
It is recommended to preheat the infrared sauna before use to shorten the time it takes to start sweating and experience the therapeutic effects.
The warm-up time varies depending on the size of the space inside the sauna and the outdoor temperature.
The warm-up time in a small sauna is relatively short, about 10 minutes. On the contrary, when the sauna is larger, the warm-up time is slightly longer, about 15-20 minutes.
In addition, when the ambient temperature is low in the winter, the sauna may take longer to warm up because it needs to overcome the lower ambient temperature. This will require an additional 5-10 minutes to warm up the sauna than on a warm summer day.

- The outside of the sauna does not need to be cleaned either. Please avoid any treatments containing benzene or high concentrations of alcohol. Before packing and shipping, we not only carry out a thorough electrical inspection of the sauna, but also apply a thick layer of varnish and wood wax oil to its exterior. This is particularly important for outdoor saunas to protect the wood and prolong its life. Avoid rubbing the wood surface hard unless absolutely necessary.
- To ensure long-lasting protection of your outdoor sauna, we recommend applying outdoor wood wax oil to old Fir Wood, Basswood, Red Cedar and Red Cedar every 3-6 months. When the surface of the wood in the sauna shows significant discoloration, wood wax oil can be added as needed.
