It was easy to assemble in minimal time. The product is obviously well thought out with the features they added. It's a great at home Sauna. I was worried it might not get hot enough but it does the job!
Great sauna for the price. Was able to assemble in about a half hour with 2 people. Was contacted and thanked for purchase a day after ordering and to confirm shipping information.
The sauna comes delivered in 3 boxes. My husband and I were easily able to move each piece to our backyard and lay everything out prior to assembly. Putting it together took us less than an hour, as it was not complicated (tongue and groove alignment). Even getting the roof on was not that much of a challenge, which considering my size (4'11", 90lbs) is an indicator that this is not that heavy or awkward and can be done with two able bodied people. The build quality is great and the only small issue we had was that initially the Bluetooth speakers would not connect, as in we could not figure how to locate them. However, we switched from an Android phone to Iphone, found it and suddenly it was working. The lights can be set to cycle through all of the colors or to stay one one of the selected. There is also the option of running the interior light with the colored lights or solo. As for the temperature, it definitely takes longer than 10 minutes to get up to a hot temperature but I find that within 15 minutes it is near 35oC and within 30 minutes it is over 50oC. I have had been able to get it up to 60-64o with air temps in the high single digits (2-4o Celsius, or 35-40oF. It stays on for a total duration of 60 minutes and then if you want longer you can add more time/reset. It does not cool down that quickly, which is nice because sometimes my husband and I cannot coordinate schedules perfectly, he will use it, then do a cold plunge and I will come out after he has turned it off to do the same and it is still warm. I chose to purchase the backrests, as well as the padded cushions for the benches - I recommend this if you have a bony frame and not a lot of padding to protect you from hard surfaces. One thing to note, this is marketed as a 4 person sauna but it really only fits 4 people if you sit upright, knees bent, feet flat on the floor facing forward. If you want any amount of relaxing, keep it to two people. For reference, my husband if 5'10" and I am 4'11" and if we each take a side, we are comfortable. Only add people if you are really not bothered by sitting right next to someone. We set it up on November 4th and have been using it almost every day, either before or after a cold plunge. This is my first time using an Infrared sauna, my only prior experience with a sauna was in a traditional sauna in Iceland. Infrared does not get as hot in terms of absolute temperature but it does have the same effects for me. I don't mind heat and it takes me a while to start sweating, which was my same experience in a traditional sauna. My husband sweats easily, and he will be sweating within 15-20 minutes in there. I live in New Hampshire where winter temperatures will get below freezing (as in 0o/32oF) for most nights and many days, so I am excited to see how this fares over the course of the winter. So far we have had some nights below 20oF and it warms up within 25 minutes. Highly recommend!

Of course, You can enjoy a sauna when it's cold in South Florida. In fact, HKXSC saunas work well in both winter and summer, regardless of the outdoor temperature, with the difference that the heat-up time is a bit longer in cold weather than in the warmer summer months, at about 20-30 minutes.
Do I need to preheat my infrared sauna?
It is recommended to preheat the infrared sauna before use to shorten the time it takes to start sweating and experience the therapeutic effects.
The warm-up time varies depending on the size of the space inside the sauna and the outdoor temperature.
The warm-up time in a small sauna is relatively short, about 10 minutes. On the contrary, when the sauna is larger, the warm-up time is slightly longer, about 15-20 minutes.
